Key Duties & Responsibilities

• First Aid & Emergency Triage: Provide immediate medical assessment, first aid, and emergency care for students, faculty, and administrative staff during school hours.
• Student Health Monitoring: Maintain individual student medical records, document clinic visits, monitor daily health conditions, and administer approved prescribed medications with parental consent.
• Parent & Management Communication: Notify parents or guardians immediately in cases of illness, injury, or emergency, and coordinate medical evacuations when necessary.
• Public Health & Hygiene Compliance: Oversee school campus sanitation, monitor contagious illness outbreaks, conduct routine student health screenings (vision, height, weight), and support Ministry of Public Health vaccination drives.
• Clinic Operations & Supply Management: Maintain a fully stocked, hygienic, and organized school clinic, managing medical supply inventories and ensuring proper disposal of biohazardous materials.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)** or **General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)** diploma from a recognized university or nursing institution.
• Professional Licensure: Valid **QCHP License** (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) as a Registered Nurse or verified **QCHP Evaluation / Prometric & DataFlow Eligibility**.
• Work Experience: Practical nursing experience in a school clinic, pediatric ward, outpatient clinic, or emergency department is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Current certification in **Basic Life Support (BLS)** or First Aid & CPR is required.
• Core Attributes: Patient and nurturing demeanor with children, strong communication skills in English, high emotional intelligence, and ability to handle medical emergencies calmly.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
