Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Warmly greet shoppers entering the store, understand their preferences, offer tailored product suggestions, and drive retail sales goals.
• Cashier & POS Operation: Process customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit card payments, issue receipts, and manage promotional discounts.
• Visual Merchandising & Display: Arrange product displays according to brand guidelines, keep clothing/products neatly organized, and ensure the sales floor remains immaculate.
• Inventory & Stock Replenishment: Assist in receiving store shipments, tag products, monitor shelf inventory levels, and bring items from the stockroom to replenish store displays.
• Customer Service Excellence: Handle basic customer inquiries, manage product return or exchange requests professionally, and maintain high standards of service.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma, Secondary School Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Work Experience: Prior hands-on experience in retail sales, store customer service, or hospitality, preferably within mall-based stores or fashion boutiques in Qatar or the GCC.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English skills; strong interpersonal abilities to interact comfortably with diverse shoppers (fluency in Arabic is a strong plus).
• Professional Appearance: Well-groomed, energetic, with a positive demeanor suitable for premium retail brand representation.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status are preferred for immediate hiring.
