Position Summary

A leading Hospitality / Logistics Company based in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking a dependable and active Warehouse Assistant for full-time employment. This hands-on operational role involves supporting daily warehouse logistics, receiving incoming shipments, organizing stock inventory, preparing dispatch orders, and assisting in routine stock monitoring to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Unloading: Offload delivery trucks, inspect incoming shipments for damages, verify package counts against delivery notes, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Stock Organization & Storage: Safely move, store, and organize stock items onto assigned shelves or pallet racks according to designated warehouse storage codes.
• Order Picking & Packing: Retrieve inventory items based on picking lists, pack goods securely, and prepare orders for dispatch to various outlet locations or client destinations.
• Inventory Monitoring & Audits: Assist store supervisors in conducting periodic physical stock counts, monitoring min-max inventory levels, and maintaining clean storage conditions.
• Warehouse Safety & Maintenance: Operate manual hand trucks or pallet jacks safely, adhere to industrial safety guidelines, and keep aisles clear of hazards.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Certificate or Secondary School Qualification.
• Work Experience: Practical background or basic experience working in a warehouse, logistics facility, store, or distribution center in Qatar or the GCC.
• Physical Readiness: Physically fit and capable of standing for long durations, bending, lifting, and moving heavy boxes or inventory loads.
• Core Attributes: Good team player, high attention to detail, basic numerical skills, and reliability in following operational instructions.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status are preferred for immediate onboarding.
