Available Positions & Technical Requirements

1. Senior Safety Engineer

• Focus: Overseeing project HSE management systems, hazard mitigation, safety audits, statutory environmental/safety compliance, and supervision of site safety protocols.
• Requirements: Degree in Safety/Engineering with **NEBOSH IGC/Diploma**, OSHA credentials, and 7+ years of senior safety supervision experience on major construction or consultancy projects in Qatar.

2. Design Coordinator

• Focus: Coordinating multidisciplinary design deliverables (Architectural, Structural, MEP), managing consultant-client design reviews, resolving drawing clashes, and managing design submittal schedules.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering with strong background in design management, BIM workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination.

3. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Focus: Commercial management, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, valuation of variations, interim payment applications, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with proven commercial experience under FIDIC or standard Qatar construction contracts. MRICS/RICS status is an advantage.

4. Civil / Structural Engineers

• Focus: Structural analysis review, reinforced concrete and steel structure supervision, design verification, site quality compliance, and inspection request sign-offs.
• Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with dedicated project management/consultancy experience in Qatar. UPDA/MMUP engineering registration is highly preferred.

5. Environmental Engineer

• Focus: Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), CEMP implementation, waste management protocols, noise/air quality monitoring, and ensuring full compliance with Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC) standards in Qatar.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with direct site compliance experience on GCC construction/consultancy projects.

Candidate Qualifications & General Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant engineering or environmental discipline from a recognized university.
• Local Availability: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
• Professional Registrations: Valid UPDA/MMUP engineer accreditation in Qatar is a strong asset for engineering roles.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken technical English communication skills.
