1. Key Responsibilities & Operations Scope
As a Civil Foreman, your daily duties will focus on direct site supervision, resource management, quality control, and contractor coordination:
- Supervise daily site activities including excavation, backfilling, formwork assembly, rebar placement, concrete casting, masonry, plastering, and general civil finishing works.

- Coordinate material requests, tool allocations, and equipment availability with project engineers and storekeepers to avoid site delays.
