1. Key Responsibilities & Quality Operations
As a Civil QA/QC Engineer, your daily responsibilities will focus on ensuring site execution aligns strictly with approved project specifications and ISO quality standards:
- Implement and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
- Conduct daily site inspections for civil works—including earthworks, rebar fitting, formwork, concrete pourings, waterproofing, and structural finishing—issuing Work Inspection Requests (WIR) to supervision consultants.
- Oversee material receiving inspections, verify mill test certificates (MTC), ensure proper sampling and laboratory testing for concrete, soil, and aggregates, and maintain material submittal logs.
- Issue, track, and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), performing root-cause analyses and executing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent reoccurrence.
- Coordinate closely with client representatives, consultant engineers, and third-party testing laboratories during quality audits and site approvals.
- Compile comprehensive final quality dossiers, Method Statements (MST), and handover documentation for project completion and client sign-off.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Technical Qualifications
