1. Key Responsibilities & Area Management Scope
As the E&I Area Coordinator during plant turnaround execution, your primary duties will encompass area-wide site management, schedule alignment, permit administration, and multi-team interface handling:
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation shutdown activities across designated plant processing units to ensure work aligns with project schedules and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between turnaround management, area site engineers, discipline foremen, and sub-contractor teams to eliminate site execution bottlenecks.
- Manage permit-to-work (PTW) processing, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) isolations, gas testing clearances, and site hot/cold work authorizations for all E&I crews within the designated zone.
- Track daily progress against turnaround Primavera/S-curve baselines, identify delay risks early, and implement field recovery measures to meet critical plant re-commissioning deadlines.
- Ensure smooth interface coordination between E&I works and adjacent mechanical, piping, scaffolding, and insulation operations to maintain continuous site workflow.
- Enforce strict corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, hazardous area safety requirements, and quality control procedures across all active job sites.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
