1. Key Responsibilities & Maintenance Supervision
As an Electrical Supervisor in Facilities Management, your daily duties will focus on team leadership, corrective/preventive maintenance, system inspections, and client coordination:
- Supervise daily shift operations of electrical technicians and maintenance teams across commercial, residential, or institutional facilities.
- Plan, schedule, and execute regular Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) routines for LV panels, DBs, SMDBs, switchgears, transformers, generators, and lighting systems.
- Lead rapid response troubleshooting for emergency electrical failures, power outages, short circuits, and equipment breakdowns.
- Interact directly with clients, property managers, and facility end-users to address maintenance requests, provide status updates, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Inspect electrical systems regularly to ensure strict adherence to Kahramaa standards and QCS safety compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, CAFM work orders, inventory spare parts lists, and prepare daily/monthly operational maintenance reports.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
