1. Key Responsibilities & HR Operations
As an HR Generalist, your core daily responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle and operational HR management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checking, and issuing official offer letters.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires, coordinating initial administrative setup, IT access, and policy briefings.
- Coordinate monthly payroll variable inputs with the finance department, maintaining accurate data on attendance, overtime, leaves, and salary adjustments.
- Handle employee relations issues, address workplace grievances, advise supervisors on performance management, and support disciplinary proceedings according to group policy.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date physical and digital personnel files in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), tracking probation periods, performance appraisals, and contract renewals.
- Assist the Public Relations Officer (PRO) team with visa processing, Qatar ID (QID) renewals, medical checks, and Ministry of Labour contract attestations.
