1. Key Responsibilities & Site Operations
As an HVAC Site Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will combine field team leadership, technical troubleshooting, and client relationship management:
- Supervise daily operations of HVAC technicians, A/C mechanics, and duct fabricators across assigned facility management contracts.
- Plan, schedule, and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance for central chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, and split systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant faults in HVAC equipment, minimizing system downtime and maintaining indoor air quality (IAQ).
- Coordinate directly with property managers, tenants, and client representatives to address cooling complaints, service requests, and emergency call-outs promptly.
- Monitor spare parts inventory, raise material requisitions for compressors, valves, belts, and refrigerants, and manage vendor service contracts.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site, ensuring proper refrigerant recovery, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) execution, and PPE compliance.
