1. Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations
As a Lifeguard at AMWAJ Group, your daily responsibilities will revolve around maintaining water safety standards and serving guests:
- Continuously monitor swimming pools and surrounding aquatic areas to ensure guest safety and prevent water-related accidents.
- Respond rapidly and effectively to water emergencies, executing rescues, administering First Aid, and performing CPR when necessary.
- Enforce pool safety rules, hygiene guidelines, and facility policies firmly yet courteously to maintain a comfortable environment for all patrons.
- Perform routine water quality checks, monitoring chemical balance (pH and chlorine levels) and reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain lifesaving equipment, rescue tubes, first-aid kits, and poolside amenities in clean, operational condition.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering facility inquiries, and assisting with poolside towel or seating arrangements.
