1. Key Responsibilities & Operations
As a Security Guard with Rangers Security Services, your daily operational duties will involve maintaining site integrity and protecting personnel and assets:
- Control access points, verify credentials, log visitor details, and issue temporary visitor passes for employees, contractors, and guests.
- Perform regular foot patrols around client premises, checking doors, windows, gates, fire exits, and perimeter fencing to prevent unauthorized entry or theft.
- Monitor CCTV security surveillance screens and alarm panels, responding swiftly to security breaches, fire alarms, or emergency signals.
- De-escalate conflicts, manage crowd control during peak hours or special events, and enforce site health, safety, and security rules.
- Prepare clear, detailed incident reports, daily shift logs, and security handovers for site supervisors and facility managers.
- Liaise with local Qatari emergency services (Police, Civil Defense, Ambulance) during critical site incidents when required.
