1. Key Responsibilities & Project Controls Operations
As a Projects Control Manager, your primary responsibilities will center on strategic planning, schedule oversight, cost control integration, and multi-project reporting:
- Direct and oversee all project controls operations, ensuring alignment across baseline schedules, cost controls, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring systems.
- Manage Primavera P6 baseline schedules, critical path analysis (CPM), delay mitigation strategies, and Extension of Time (EOT) claim justifications.
- Establish standardized project performance metrics, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), KPI dashboards, and executive reporting for senior management and clients.
- Coordinate continuously with project directors, site execution teams, commercial managers, and sub-contractors to resolve schedule bottlenecks and cost variances.
- Monitor project cash flows, physical progress S-curves, resource histogram utilization, and productivity ratios against contractual target dates.
- Review contract variations and schedule impact assessments to ensure strict compliance with Ashghal standards and FIDIC contractual conditions.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Professional Requirements
